Returns

We do not offer returns on any products. All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

All purchases are considered final.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Although we do not offer returns or refunds as part of our standard policy, refunds may be issued in special circumstances at our sole discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.

However, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
