How long until my order arrives?
US orders typically arrive in 5–13 business days: 2–5 business days to print your made-to-order item, then 3–8 business days in transit. Full detail on the shipping page.
Why does it take days to print a mug?
Because it doesn't exist yet. Nothing here is pre-printed. When you order, your design is printed on a blank, cured, quality-checked and packed. It's slower than a warehouse and it means no dead stock and no landfill.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International transit is typically 10–20 business days. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.
My mug arrived cracked. Now what?
Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days. Free replacement or full refund, your choice, and you keep the broken one — don't ship it back. See returns.
How do the shirts fit?
Unisex Gildan Softstyle, true to size, slightly boxy through the body. If you like a fitted look, size down. Every apparel page has a full size chart.
Will the print crack or fade?
Not if you treat it properly. Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly on the print. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Can I get a custom design?
Sometimes. We take on custom and small-batch work when it fits the brand. Tell us what you have in mind.
Do you do wholesale or bulk?
Yes — bars, podcasts, law firms, tattoo shops, event merch. Message us with quantities and we'll quote you.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Only before it enters production, which is usually a matter of hours. Email immediately with your order number.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments with full encryption. We never see or store your card details.
How do I contact a human?
